Oh, the pleasure of staying in an oven-like room with a broken aircon. So grateful for the move to a spacious loft with working aircon.

It has relaxing rooms & favourable location not far from Century mall and bars and grocery stores. Accommodating staff ensured a such great stay on holidays. Room with robes as well as clean towels. The pool is good — useful on hot days.

I loved the apartment even though some things didn't work.

we had a very good stay in makati city very close to the mall and other establishments, grocery stores and many malls, shops, restaurants. we truly enjoyed the venue and its great and magnificent setting. didn't expect such a fine place, would book again.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient with many restaurants and bars nearby. The staff provided excellent service and attended to all our needs.

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better would be to offer more variety.

The shower was hanging off the wall in the bathroom and the balcony was littered with someone's cigarette butts. Classy touch, for sure.

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with a kitchen and lounge area. the balcony offered a great view. the pool and gym facilities were excellent, perfect for relaxation after weeks of traveling. the location in Makati was convenient with many malls, shops, and restaurants nearby, and it was close to the airport.

Even when we had to leave for the airport in the middle of the night, checking out only took 5 minutes. the staff at Zen Homes were friendly and polite, and we could easily reach them at any time via phone or text. the building is in a great location, with easy access to the pool and spa. The views from the pool area are amazing, especially in the evening when you can see all the city lights. Cons: Couldn't fault 👍.

The check-in guy, Keno, was excellent and gave us a warm welcome with a great smile. He was friendly and made us feel like no other. The TV had an English movie channel which was a total lifesaver. The kitchen was a useful addition for those who prefer to cook their own meals. The place was great overall, and the friendly staff and convenient amenities like Wi-Fi, electric kettle, air conditioning, lift, and flat-screen TV made our stay even more enjoyable.
